TBM Hardwoods stocks millions of board feet of domestic, imported and FSC® certified hardwoods to meet a wide spectrum of architectural millwork and woodworking needs.
Most of our domestic hardwoods is sourced from the nearby Appalachian region extending from West Virginia to New York. We procure lumber only from reputable sawmills. Our exotic species are imported from Central and South America and Africa.
Strict control processes allow us to maintain a high level of quality and consistency in our products. Once received, lumber is inspected by professionally trained graders, placed uniformly on stick and air-dried under roof. Under the experienced eye of seasoned kiln operators, lumber closely monitored to ensure it is properly dried and stress-relieved. All hardwoods are reinspected before being placed into inventory.
TBM sorting technology allows us to select for specific widths, lengths and grades. We stock material pre-sorted to width and offer unique proprietary grades as well as custom sorts. Milling options including surfacing, straightline ripping, moulder blanks, mouldings and resawing. We offer several delivery options with weekly local and regional routes on our fleet of company vehicles driven by courteous drivers--on-time and protected from the elements.
